B. Physical Products

If you order physical products, we will ship them to the address you provide.

You are responsible for ensuring your address is correct.

3. Refunds

Digital products

Due to the nature of digital content, all digital purchases are final.

Physical products

Refunds may be available for:

  • damaged items

  • lost shipments

  • manufacturing defects

We may request a photo as proof.

4. Customer Accounts

You may create an account to:

  • View your orders

  • Download updates

You are responsible for keeping your login information secure.
